We want to decide for ourselves

How much time do you spend blogging per day/week? The actual writing/editing of the article takes approx. 2-3 hours a week. Background work, i.e. planning topics, sharing posts on Facebook, participating in Facebook groups, editing the appearance of the blog site, etc., takes an average of half an hour a day. How do you combine work, free time, blogging and family? When the home has been a business for years, work and free time have been mixed for a long time. Life has been timed more by the other members of the family than by my work. Others have school and work hours, I can be flexible.  something together and I have tried to do my “lonely” work when others are not around.

When everyone is at home we do

Also, these garden works are often done together in the summer, e.g. on weekends. And we combine free time special data with work, e.g. pumping irrigation water and then staying at the beach to swim and have a picnic. This has been both a joy and a burden. At times I have wished that I too could go somewhere else to work and then I could focus on them 100% for that certain period of time. And then be free at home. Sometimes it has felt that you have to adjust your own work too much to the terms of other family members. Blogging has brought a whole new dimension to this, because it kind of overlaps with everything 24/7. If it has been difficult to separate the company’s garden from your own yard, it is really hard to separate blogging from your own life!  increased, especially in the evenings and during the winter.

The amount of work has

In addition to direct sharing, it has been important to participate in discussions and then link to them an article from the blog that fits the topic. So far, I haven’t done paid advertising for articles at all. During the week, I share each new article in approx. 5-6 groups on Auringotähti’s own Facebook page. There are plenty of garden-related groups on Facebook and they have many members, which has helped in reaching USA CFO the target group. What has been the biggest aha experience in blogging so far? How versatile a blog can be. Before, I only thought of it as a diary-like story or an opinion piece. But blogging can really be so much more; it can be really well thought out and planned content production.
