As the saying goes, ” A good company will take you to the pinnacle of your career, while a bad company will push you into the abyss of hell.” The most important thing for an employee is to find a company that allows him to show his talents and respects employees. If you are unfortunate enough to encounter a company that constantly exploits the rights of its employees, will you choose to continue to endure it in silence, or will you bravely expose it?

Earlier, a netizen nam Yeoh post a message on the KL Chat Station Facebook page asking for help, saying that his friend was having difficulties at work and hop that other netizens could provide advice.

1 You can only use annual leave after working for 14 months. Will money be duct for using annual leave?

Annual leave is a basic benefit provid by companies to employees. However, according to Yeoh, the company where his friend works states that annual leave can only be us after the 14th month of employment, and money will be duct for using annual leave!

If employees want to take a break during the Lunar New Year, they must apply for annual leave or take unpaid leave directly.
